Here are the basic pointers for Anti-Aging:

  1. Find out your Anti-Oxidant Levels - click here
  2. 7 - 8 hours restful sleep, a sound good sleep will regenerate your system
  3. A well balanced diet, full of wholesome fresh, unprocessed food, without over-eating, with plenty of good water and no skipping
    of meals will do wonders.
  4. A good exercise routine, consisting of:
    Cardiovascular exercise - walking swimming, bicycling, etc.. don't over do it - 3 -5 times a week for 30min.
    Stretching - yoga or any old stretch, stay flexible is the key - 2-3 times a week - 20min
    Weight bearing exercise - you always can grow new muscles, that's true Anti-Aging, by stimulating muscle cell growth you grow actually real new cells, with all associated benefits. The second benefit, weight lifting increases calcium deposits.
    again, moderation is the key - 2 - 3 times weekly 20 - 30min of - heavy - slow - weight lifting.
  5. Be Happy - exactly, "don't worry" - stress is a major killer....
  6. Have, or develop a positive attitude, yes, it takes a bit of work. Negative attitudes seem to develop by themselves.
